Due to the nature of digital software products and instantly delivered license keys, all sales are generally final.

1. Non-Refundable Products

License keys and digital software purchases are non-refundable once delivered.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be approved at the sole discretion of MI5 Solutions under limited circumstances, including:

• Duplicate purchases
• Failure to deliver a valid license key
• Technical issues that cannot reasonably be resolved
• Billing errors

Approval of refunds is determined on a case-by-case basis.

3. Chargebacks & Fraud

Unauthorized chargebacks, fraudulent disputes, or abuse of the payment system may result in:

• Immediate suspension or revocation of license keys
• Permanent bans from future purchases or services
• Reporting of fraudulent activity where appropriate

4. Agreement Upon Purchase

By purchasing a license key, you confirm that:

• You understand the product is digital and typically non-refundable
• You agree to these policies before completing payment
• You accept that violating the Terms of Service may result in license termination without refund
